Welcome to The Proud Project. Immerse yourself in a wide selection of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes 7 days a week, from as early as 6:00am until 8:30pm. We are also PROUD to offer Personal Training and Sports Massage.
Whether it’s your first time inside a gym or you’re a seasoned athlete, our mission is to enable all ages, shapes, genders and sizes to feel confident and comfortable with exercise and movement. (Please note, that the minimum age to take part in our classes is 18 years old).
