There are many types of Pilates exercises in our studio that will benefit you as a runner, to name but a few there is Pilates Mat Power that consists of balancing and flowing movements with a focus on core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility; Reformer Essentials, a beginners level reformer class that primarily focuses on technique and breathing to develop your core muscles; Reformer Stamina, a more intense HIIT style workout using apparatus such as the jumpboard with a focus on pushing through those tricky mental barriers whilst breaking a sweat; Reformer Strength, an intense full body workout using the reformer with a focus on building strength, enhancing mobility, creating length and balance in our bodies.
