The Proud Project W4 is all about community - making Pilates and exercise more accessible for those either starting out on their fitness journey or those passionate about movement already. We’re a feel-good community studio and all-round welcoming space where you’ll be surrounded by a family of motivated instructors, great energy and a genuinely authentic and enjoyable experience.
